GIVEAWAY PERIOD.
The Giveaway begins on January 15, 2026 at 10:00 am Pacific Time and ends on March 15, 2026 at 11:59 pm Pacific Time (the “Giveaway Period”).HOW TO ENTER; CHECK-INS.
Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S./D.C. who are at least 21 years old as of date of entry. To enter, Entrants must complete all of the following during the Giveaway Period:
Download and create an account for Explore Tualatin Valley’s Ale Trail digital passport;
Use the “Check-In” feature within the Ale Trail passport at participating events or locations in Tualatin Valley; and
Comply with all passport instructions and location rules
Entry allocation: Each eligible check-in completed through the passport at a participating location counts as one (1) entry into the drawing for the Giveaway Period in which the check-in is recorded. Limit one (1) check-in per person per location for the entire Giveaway Period. Incomplete registrations or check-ins are void. No other form of entry will be accepted.
Prohibited conduct: Any person who attempts to enter using multiple accounts, multiple email addresses, identities, or any automated, robotic, macro, programmed, or similar method will be disqualified and all associated entries void.PRIZES; APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”).
During the Giveaway Period, two (2) prizes will be awarded. Each prize consists of six (6) $50 gift cards to participating Tualatin Valley Ale Trail locations (issuer and venue determined by Explore Tualatin Valley in its sole discretion). ARV per prize: $150. Total ARV for the Giveaway Period: $300.
Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer and the participating venue, including any age requirements for specific experiences. Prizes must be accepted as awarded; no substitutions, exchanges, or cash redemptions. Prizes are non-transferable. Airfare, transportation, and any other costs not expressly stated are the winner’s sole responsibility. Explore Tualatin Valley may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a stated prize becomes unavailable.DRAWINGS; ODDS; LIMITS.
Following the close of the Giveaway Period, Explore Tualatin Valley (or its independent administrator) will review all eligible entries received for the Giveaway Period to determine total check-ins across all Passport holders and identify two (2) potential winners with the highest number of check-ins. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Limit one (1) prize per person/household across the entire Giveaway PeriodWINNER NOTIFICATION; VERIFICATION
Potential winners will be notified within one (1) week after the end of the Giveaway Period via the email address associated with their passport account. Potential winners must respond within two (2) days of notification and may be required to complete and return a Declaration of Compliance and Release(s). If a potential winner fails to respond or comply, or if notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner forfeits the prize and an alternate may be selected at Explore Tualatin Valley’s discretion.GENERAL CONDITIONS; RELEASES.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Explore Tualatin Valley and/or the administrator, which are final and binding. Explore Tualatin Valley is not responsible for: entries that are lost, late, misdirected, damaged, stolen, garbled, incomplete, illegible; technical, hardware.PUBLICITY.
Where lawful, participation constitutes permission for Explore Tualatin Valley to use winners’ names, hometowns, likenesses, and prize information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes, in any media now known or hereafter developed, without additional compensation or notice.TAXES.
All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses related to acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.MODIFICATION/TERMINATION; SUBSTITUTION.
Explore Tualatin Valley reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend, suspend, or terminate any portion of the Giveaways, or to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value, at any time, including if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaways.SOCIAL MEDIA.
The Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform. Following or engaging with Explore Tualatin Valley’s social media channels does not constitute an entry.GOVERNING LAW; VENUE.
All federal, state, and local laws/regulations apply. The Giveaways shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon (without regard to conflicts of law principles). Venue and jurisdiction shall be exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Oregon, except as required by law.WINNERS LIST.
