Things to Do in Cornelius, Oregon

Built in 1927, and set in Tualatin Valley wine country, this golf course features 18 holes of rolling terrain in scenic farmland, a driving range, four putting greens, and a practice bunker. A pro shop, coffee shop, banquet room and cocktail lounge are located in the Clubhouse.

Pop into the clubhouse for homemade ice cream and milkshakes, made with local ingredients, and freshly made pizzas. Enjoy the fully stocked bar and the new cedar deck.

When it comes to pre- and post-tournament activities, Forest Hills offers more than 1,500 square feet of space. The banquet room offers an ideal atmosphere for dining, score keeping, and/or entertainment for up to 144 people. It is both heated and cooled, has a PA system with microphone capabilities, and is adjacent to the lounge and patio, which makes it great for company outings, meetings, or tournament dinners or lunches.

Blooming Junction specializes in their own farm-grown produce and Blooming Advantage Plants! Enjoy the complete selection of Blooming Advantage Perennials, bare root fruit trees and berries, organically grown farm-fresh produce, classes, events and so much more!

In October, Blooming Junctions offers a u-pick and pre-picked pumpkin patch. Please call for dates and hours.

Crawford’s Nursery and Produce offers a wonderful selection of u-pick produce during the summer and through the fall harvest season. Located in Cornelius, Crawford’s fantastic farm stand offers fresh produce, friendly service, and low prices. Blueberries are their specialty. Like most u-pick locations come prepared as Crawford’s is cash only.

Cornelius Parks & Recreation manages eleven parks in the city of Cornelius, including Harleman Park which is its largest soccer, baseball, and softball park.

Duyck’s Peachy Pig Farm is a family-friendly and family-owned and operated working farm open to the public. The farm features a large variety of animals to be seen and touched, picnic tables and a great view of the valley from their orchards.

A variety of u-pick produce is available throughout the growing season, and many items are available “ready-picked” as well. Fresh nuts are also available, including free cracking. Additional fun includes farm animal tours from May through November.

From mid-September through October, the farm offers Halloween pumpkins in patch and baby pumpkins, decorator cornstalks, a petting zoo, and an indoor market.

Host your next event at Centro Cultural’s 2,085 square foot main hall located in downtown Cornelius. In “La Plaza”, the center’s large hall, groups of up to 200 are welcome. Visit their website for more information.

Mike and Debbie’s offers farm-fresh produce, from berries to zucchini, picked fresh daily from June through November. In addition to produce, they also offer fall decorations.

Dogwood Park is a public park in Cornelius. The park has a basketball court, BMX terrain, an open lawn and play area with playground equipment. The park also has walking paths, a drinking fountain, as well as picnic tables, park benches, and restrooms. The park is open daily from dawn to dusk.

Family-owned, Gonzalez Berry Farm offers u-pick berries as well as ready-picked and local produce in the farm store.
