Evans Farm Produce and Provisions is a permaculture farm that uses sustainable agricultural practices. This blueberry farm and harvest store also features chicken and duck eggs, lacto-fermented sauerkraut and pickles, as well as a large selection of produce that is grown on the farm. The farm offers park-and-cycle for cyclists, as well as a water and a restroom, and is a scenic place for picnicking.

Open to the public daily 8 am – 8 pm, with wild blueberry u-pick available in August. Call for produce availability.

Hare Field is a multisport facility that is home to two lighted baseball fields with covered dugouts & scoreboards, enclosed press box, and two concession facilities. In addition, there is a lighted, artificial turf football/soccer/lacrosse field in stadium with covered grandstand that seats 5,000+, and an 8-lane all-weather track surface.

McKay Creek is a 9-hole golf course and practice facility featuring a 22-station driving range which is covered, partially heated, and lighted until 7 p.m. every evening for year-round use. There is a putting green, golf carts available for rent, and golf professionals on-site for private and group instruction, clinics, and workshops. The course, built on the old Naught dairy site, features the original 1929 farmhouse, which now serves as the clubhouse and serves food and beverages.

The Giant Sequoia Heritage Tree site is located in Courthouse Square between First Avenue and Main Street in downtown Hillsboro where pioneer nurseryman John Porter planted the trees in 1880.

The Hillsboro Symphony Orchestra is a group of local musicians who share their love of music with the local community. All concerts are held in the auditorium of Liberty High School in Hillsboro.
