Alloro Vineyard’s Estate (Map It) Riesling, grown in the Laurelwood District AVA, is medium-dry (no sweet bombs here) that is stylistically reminiscent of classic Alsace Riesling, crisp and clean with notes of citrus.
David Hill Vineyards & Winery (Map It) offers a couple Rieslings to choose from. Its dry estate Riesling is a bright and balanced wine with notes of grapefruit and lemon. The “Last Pick Riesling” from the winery’s vineyard site in the Tualatin Hills AVA has essences of stone fruit.
David Hill Vineyard and Winery in Forest GroveMaloof Wines sources the grapes for its Riesling from its No Clos Radio (Map It) vineyard in Forest Grove. This “weightier” Riesling features savory aromatics of chamomile and green apple.
Willamette Valley Vineyards at Tualatin Estate (Map It) brought back its Dry Riesling in 2022. This refreshing wine, with notes of lime zest, lemon peel, grapefruit and honeycomb, is made exclusively of fruit harvested from the Forest Grove vineyard.
