Beaverton’s newest restaurant is an Italian Supper Club concept, Don’s Favorite Foods. The restaurant was created by husband and wife team, Chef Don Salamone, founder of Burger Stevens, and Kate Laurents, and in partnership with sommelier Adam Galbraith.
The prix-fixe, high-end restaurant features an Italian and French-influenced menu that changes monthly.
It is open Wednesday-Saturday evenings. Reservations are required.
