Rice Northwest Museum of Rocks and Minerals is one of the world’s finest collections of crystals from worldwide localities. In addition you will see spectacular fossils, meteorites, petrified woods, oddities, fluorescents, lapidary arts and the best from the Northwest. The collection is housed in a unique 1953 ranch-style house which is now listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. The museum is a wonderful place for all ages.

Group Meetings and Events The Rice Northwest Museum (the former residence of Richard and Helen Rice) is listed on the National Historic Registry. Its unique architecture and use of unorthodox natural materials make for a truly special place for all types of events. Indoor and outdoor facilities are available for picnics, weddings, receptions, reunions, parties, showers, meetings, seminars, luncheons, banquets and more. Four rooms are available for groups, the largest room can accommodate up to 80 and larger groups can hold events on the lawn.
