Trees is an Italian-Creole fusion restaurant located in Sherwood, the gateway to Oregon wine country. Executive Chef Shannon Johnson attended the Culinary Arts Institute of Baton Rouge, LA, where she learned to fuse her love of both Louisiana and Italian style cooking.
