Dashes, Races and Mud Runs

Trail Trekker 5K (April 8)
Dust off your running/walking shoes and join Fit City Tualatin and the City of Tualatin Parks Department for the Trail Trekker 5K, celebrating the second year of the Greenway Trail connecting East Tualatin with West Tualatin. This is a family (kids and strollers) and pet-friendly event, and well-behaved, friendly, leashed dogs are welcome. This will be a timed event.

The Dirty Du and Dirt Dash (April 9)
The Dirty Du and Dirt Dash is an epic off-road duathlon and trail run event, held at Hagg Lake. This event highlights a five-mile trail run/14-mile mountain bike course (the “Du”), as well as a five-mail trail run (the “Dash”). The courses run through the nature and scenery of Scoggin’s Valley and Henry Hagg Lake.

Vernonia Marathon and Half Marathon (April 9)
Imagine running a beautiful, tree-lined course along the 21-mile Banks-Vernonia State Trail. During the Vernonia Marathon & Half Marathon, you’ll do just that. Both the marathon and half-marathon feature a gentle 7-mile, 400-foot downhill into Banks. This Boston Marathon qualifier is run on a point-to-point course, with 23 miles closed to vehicular traffic.

Falcon 15K Relay (April 22)
The Falcon 15K is a multi-race event which includes a 15K, 10K and 5K runs and a 5K walk. The relay is open to teams of three runners, with each runner completing a 5K course; while a 300-meter  race is open to kids.
