Vex, in Forest Grove, has no-alcohol versions of classic cocktails, as well as exclusive mocktails “Vex Apple Shrub Toddy” made with their house-made apple shrub and hot cider, or the “Blackberry Shrub Refresher” crafted with house-made blackberry shrub.
