Flora is a speakeasy located above Loyal Legion, also on Beaverton’s “Restaurant Row.” This “mysterious and fanciful” cocktail bar serves refined cocktails–such as “Lorde Bergamot” with rye, brandy and Earl Grey, and “Azalea” with pisco, strawberry-rhubarb simple syrup and egg white–among the wallpaper adorned with mythical creatures.
The 649 specializes in seasonal craft cocktails, alongside the classic traditional cocktails. Seasonal cocktails include “The Layover,” a creamy cocktail rum and espresso liqueur, or the herbal “Pele Sour” with pisco, lime, lychee and egg white.
Vex in Forest Grove features an array of classic cocktails, specialties and whiskey and mezcal flights. The “Shankey’s and Cream” features whipped Irish whiskey, coffee liqueur and topped with toasted marshmallow and the “Vex Limoncello Drop” is made with house-made Limoncello and can be made with added flavors.
