Carina’s Bakery is Beaverton’s first vegan bakery. The bakery infuses traditional Swedish baking with the mouth-watering flavors of the Pacific Northwest. All of the bakery’s products are vegan and soy-free, and gluten-free options are available.

Carina’s also gives back to the community, and helps people with disabilities to develop a passion for baking, employable skills, and an outlet for sharing their ideas with the world.
