The Tigard Taphouse is a quaint taproom housed in a craftsman-style house. By the pint or by the growler, the taproom features 26 rotating taps of craft beer, cider and wine. The taphouse also features games, backyard fire pits, live music and events. The taphouse is also family and dog friendly. Children are allowed until 8 p.m. and dogs are allowed on the back patio area on leash only.

Cooper Mountain Ale Works started in a garage in Beaverton to create beers that were hard to find locally. They now brew a wide range of beer, including small batches of specialty beers.

Their beers can be found on tap at many local tap houses and now in their own location at the former Max’s Fanno Creek Brew Pub in downtown Tigard.

Salt & Straw opened its second Tualatin Valley location at Bridgeport Village. This beloved shop began as a small ice cream cart at farmers markets and other community gatherings. Today, it is a Portland-based Ice Cream “chain-let” with multiple locations. Salt & Straw’s unique flavors, as well as their collaborations with local artisans, make their ice cream delicious and unique.

Paik’s Noodle, founded by Chef Jong Won Paik, is a small chain of noodle houses and it opened its first Oregon location in Tualatin Valley. This fast-casual restaurant features Korean and Chinese noodle and rice dishes.

Wu’s is an elegant restaurant that specializes in Chinese Szechuan and Hunan Cuisine. The restaurant features an exhibition kitchen where the cooking is visible behind a glass enclosed space allowing guests to watch while the chef prepares the meals. The restaurant offers daily specials and cocktails.
