Oregon Breweries and Taprooms
Our breweries and brew pubs are open for business!
When it comes to excellence in hand-crafted beverages, the Pacific Northwest—and the Greater Portland region in particular—outshines any other location in the U.S. This is “Beervana,” the land of craft microbreweries. In addition to producing stellar wine grapes, the nutrient-rich soil of the Willamette Valley also produces fantastic hops. Some of the best breweries in Oregon can be found within mere minutes of each other in the Tualatin Valley.
More Than Just Beer
Tualatin Valley brews more than just beer. Taste the award-winning spirits or visit SakeOne, the country’s first American owned-and-operated large-production sake producer. Or sample the tart and off-sweet ciders from Tualatin Valley’s preeminent cider maker, Bull Run Cider.
Stickmen Brewing’s Tualatin Beer Hall holds regular axe-throwing events with the Celtic Axe Throwers. This authentic and professional experience uses wooden-handled axes and targets that reduce bounce back. Axe throwing is fun and safe. While you’re there, don’t miss out on Stickmen’s wide selection of craft beer and delicious wood-fired pizza. (Reservations required)
Whether you like your beers hoppy, sour or dark, or if you prefer hard cider or sake, there are plenty of brews to satisfy your palate. Pull up a stool and sip for yourself!
UPDATE: Tasting rooms are open for limited indoor and outdoor tastings. Contact businesses to confirm their status before you visit. Face coverings for unvaccinated patrons are required. Learn more >>>
Tualatin Valley is the perfect place to travel with your four-legged friend, as many hotels, parks, trails, coffee shops and wineries welcome friendly dogs, and breweries are no exception.
Beer in the Tualatin Valley is a big deal. With more than a dozen breweries in the valley alone, it’s a part of the vast Greater Portland region, which beer lovers call a “Beervana.”
