Thanksgiving Wine Country Weekend invites enthusiasts to Tualatin Valley, the closest wine country to Portland, to savor the rich flavors of carefully selected wines.
Explore Tualatin Valley’s Wineries for the Holidays
Thanksgiving Wine Weekend is a long-standing tradition in Tualatin Valley and the greater Willamette Valley. This annual event features open houses at select Tualatin Valley’s wineries for a weekend of special tastings, new wine releases, special pairings and more. All wineries are closed Thanksgiving Day.
Special Events
Alloro Vineyard is offering a curated line-up of its single-vineyard wines, which will pair well with flavorful dishes available for purchase.
Blizzard Wines is showcasing two special flights—Blizzard Wines flight and Grower Champagne flight—and will share information about how to pair wine and food together. Open house hours are November 29-December 1, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Cooper Mountain Vineyards is featuring newly released Pinot Noir and Chardonnay along with a selection of rare library wines. Open house hours are November 29-December 1, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Resolu Cellars is celebrating Thanksgiving Weekend with their Artisan Foodie Fest, featuring wine pairings, chocolate and cheese, in addition to zero-proof libations. Shop for floral and unique gifts, too. Open house hours are November 29-30, 12-7:30 p.m.
