Holiday Events

After Thanksgiving, the Tualatin Valley lights up with holiday cheer, as we usher in this festive season. From marketplaces to rousing sing-alongs, check out these holiday events in the valley.

Performing Arts

Santa is touching down at Broadway Rose Theatre Company November 25th to celebrate the merriest season with a lively Santa Sing-Along, complete with song, storytelling and a special gift for each child.

Broadway Rose’s holiday production this year is Your Holiday Hit Parade, a revue of beloved Christmas music of the past and present. Tap your toes along to tunes from the 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond, as stranded tourists search for the Christmas spirit.

Bag&Baggage Productions brings a new twist to Charles Dickens in Charles Dickens Writes a Christmas Carol. Join Dickens in his London study on Christmas Eve as he argues, cajoles, berates, and battles with the characters themselves, all while trying to write the world’s most popular holiday tale.

For one night only, Bag&Baggage Productions presents Fake Radio: It’s a Wonderful Life, featuring Los Angeles’ hilarious improvisation comedy troupe, Fake Radio. The show transports audiences back in time by capturing the essence of an old-time-radio broadcast retelling classic stories while all of the sound effects are perfectly synchronized.

Enjoy the sounds of the season with holiday performances Christmas with the Trail Brand, featuring vocalists, including Rindy Ross from Portland band Quarterflash, and the annual Big Horn Brass Holiday Concert.
