The region’s only open-air ice skating rink in the Portland region returns for its 5th season. This idyllic ice skating experience brings the magic of the holidays to life with an array of holiday activities, including carolers, shopping and lots of festive treats.
Beaverton Night Market Bazaar | Historic Downtown Beaverton | Weekends, November 30-December 22 | 4-10 p.m. (Friday) | 2-10 p.m. (Saturday and Sunday)
The Beaverton Night Market Bazaar is a winter-time indoor market featuring goods made and procured by emerging global craft vendors to showcase their work and share their cultural traditions. In addition to handmade and unique arts and crafts, bazaar will feature music, storytelling, craft-making and more.

It Happened One Christmas | Broadway Rose Theatre Company | November 27-December 22
Broadway Rose Theatre Company celebrates this festive season with an annual holiday-themed production. This year’s production of “It Happened One Christmas” takes the audience on a fanciful Christmas Eve trip to Santa’s Chalet in the heart of Grimble’s department store. Enjoy familiar festive tunes with this joyful new musical.
The Game’s Afoot, or Holmes for the Holidays | Bag&Baggage Productions | December 5-23
This year, Bag&Baggage Productions ushers in its holiday season with a comedy, “The Game’s Afoot, or Holmes for the Holidays.” This murder mystery takes place in 1936 and centers around the home of a Broadway star who assumes the persona of one of his characters, Sherlock Holmes, to track down the killer before the next victim appears.
