Hotel Performance August 2023

During the month of August, Washington County hotel occupancy dropped from 2022 levels to 75%, a 3.92% decrease, according to STR, which provides market data on the hotel industry around the globe,

Average daily room rates (ADR) have declined to $138.34, a 2.9% decrease over the previous year. Revenue per available room (RevPAR) was $103.80, a slight decrease from August 2022.
