Washington County Hotel Performance January 2026
While January 2026 reflected a period of recalibration for the regional hotel market, Washington County maintained its position as the occupancy leader among its Oregon peers — outperforming Lane, Marion, Multnomah, and Clackamas Counties with a 50.2% occupancy rate. Though ADR and RevPAR experienced year-over-year adjustments consistent with broader regional trends, Washington County’s continued ability to fill rooms at a higher rate than its neighbors speaks to the enduring appeal of the area as a travel destination. As the market evolves, these conditions present a timely opportunity to engage emerging visitor segments and reinforce Washington County’s standing as a premier place to stay, explore and return to.
