Washington County Hotel Performance February 2026
Hotel performance in Washington County continues to soften. Total occupancy for the month of February was 55.1%, an 8.9% decrease over the same month last year. The average daily rate declined 6.5% to $116.78. Revenue per available room also dipped, going from $75.56 last year to $64.38.
