Sip, Sip, Hooray: Introducing Spring Sips Week in Tualatin Valley

The Popular Pink! Rose Festival returns as part of Spring Sips, accompanied by new Flight Week.

BEAVERTON, Ore. (April 2, 2024) – Explore Tualatin Valley is raising a glass to spring with Spring Sips, a week-long celebration of the region’s renowned wineries and mouth-watering cuisine. Kicking off with Flight Week, participating restaurants will showcase hand-selected flights of three Tualatin Valley wines for $20, inviting guests to discover new favorites.​​ The week culminates with the return of the signature Pink! Rosé Festival — a lively event featuring tastings from local wineries and a vibrant atmosphere. 

“Spring Sips is a celebration of everything we love about Tualatin Valley: world-class wineries, delicious cuisine and a warm, welcoming community,” said Dave Parulo, president and CEO of Explore Tualatin Valley. “We’re excited about the return of Pink! Rose Festival, as well as the introduction of Flight Week.  Flight Week is a chance for visitors and locals alike to explore Tualatin Valley’s diverse culinary restaurant scene and taste wines that are grown and made right outside that restaurant’s doors.”

Spring Sips Flight Week (May 10-19):

Kick off your Spring Sips adventure with Flight Week where 15+ Tualatin Valley restaurants will feature a special, hand-selected flight of three Tualatin Valley wines for just $20. This is the perfect opportunity to discover new favorite wines and restaurants, all within the beautiful Tualatin Valley.

Pink! Rosé Festival (Sunday, May 19th):
The popular Pink! Rosé Festival returns, welcoming food and wine lovers (and the rosé curious) to explore the latest and most exciting rosé releases from 25 of Tualatin Valley’s finest wineries. In a fun and casual environment reminiscent of a backyard barbecue, guests can sip rosé while enjoying sweeping views of the ballpark, indulging in wood-fired pizzas, street tacos, and music.

The successful event, which coincides with Oregon Wine Month, attracted more than 750 attendees last year and is expected to draw even more rosé lovers in 2024.

    • When: Sunday, May 19th, 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm (VIP Entry at 12:30 pm)

Price:

  • General Admission: $50 (General Admission)
    • Includes six tasting tokens and a commemorative wine tumbler 
  • VIP Admission: $70 (VIP)
    • Includes eight tasting tokens, a commemorative wine tumbler and 30 minutes early entry

Additional tasting tokens and food will be available for purchase. Designated driver tickets are free and include admission to the event only.

The event is strictly 21+ only. Tickets are on sale now and start at $45 for early-bird pricing (limited quantity) and $50 for regular pricing.
