Spring Sips also marks the return of the Pink! Rosé Festival, May 18
BEAVERTON, Ore. (April 1, 2025) – This May, celebrate Oregon Wine Month as Explore Tualatin Valley’s Spring Sips returns. This month-long observance showcases local wineries, unique tasting experiences and seasonal pours and winery events, and marks the return of the fourth annual Pink! Rosé Festival wine tasting event. New this year, an interactive wine passport and exclusive guided experiences have been added to the growing list of activities.
As spring blooms across the valley, wine lovers can explore a variety of estate wineries, boutique tasting rooms, vineyard patios featuring limited-edition releases, curated wine flights and special discounts.
Tualatin Valley is home to more than 40 wineries and tasting rooms, where guests can sip Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling and other varietals grown in the region’s fertile soil. Whether you’re a seasoned connoisseur or new to wine tasting, Spring Sips invites you to raise a glass to spring’s vibrant flavors.
New this year, Explore Tualatin Valley is offering a new winery passport, the Spring Sips Mobile Passport, launching in May. This free passport will allow wine lovers to check in to Tualatin Valley wineries to access exclusive deals and specials. Each check-in will earn passholders an entry for a Spring Sips Grand Prize Giveaway at the end of the month.

FOURTH ANNUAL PINK! ROSÉ FESTIVAL
The fourth annual Pink! Rosé Festival returns to Hillsboro Ballpark, home of the Hillsboro Hops, May 18, 2025, from 1-4 p.m. This year’s premier wine tasting event festival features 28 of Tualatin Valley’s celebrated wineries, including Amaterra, Alloro Vineyard, Hamacher Wines, Raptor Ridge Winery and other acclaimed wineries. Each will be featuring new and limited-release rosé and other varieties of white wines.
The event welcomes food and wine lovers to explore the award-winning wines of various Tualatin Valley wineries in a fun and casual environment. The successful event, which coincides with Oregon Wine Month, attracted more than 700 attendees last year.
The event is strictly 21+ only. Tickets are on sale now and start at $50. For tickets and information, visit spring-sips.com. Tickets will be available until sold out, and organizers encourage attendees to purchase tickets soon, before they sell out.

- $50, general admission, includes six tasting tokens and a complimentary cheese and charcuterie snack cup (Early-bird tickets are $45 for a limited time.)
- $85, VIP 30-minute early entry, a VIP Bubble Room with sparkling wine and oysters from WildFin, a gift from Stache Chocolate, cheese and charcuterie snack cup and eight tasting tokens
Additional tasting tokens and food will be available for purchase. Designated driver tickets are free and include admission to the event only.
GUIDED EXPERIENCES
New for 2025, two curated and exclusive guided experiences will be offered, each showcasing the best of Tualatin Valley. Tickets are required in advance and participants will be picked up at the Sunset Transit Center Park and Ride.
Banks-Vernonia Pedal & Pour Excursion
First Nature Tours is offering a six-hour excursion, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., which begins with a guided scenic bike ride along the Banks-Vernonia State Trail, followed by a winery lunch at Ardiri Winery & Vineyards. Transportation will be provided for the experience. Tickets are $185 per person.
Tastes of Spring: A Wine & Market Adventure
The Good Vibes Tour is offering an afternoon of wine, chocolate and scenic vineyard views with a curated experience that features wineries and markets, blending gourmet chocolate pairings, boutique shopping and immersive vineyard tours at two Tualatin Valley wineries. This experience runs from 12-6 p.m. and is $135 per person. Transportation will be provided for the experience.
