Cocktails To-Go in Tualatin Valley

Oregon recently passed new legislation approving restaurants and bars to sell cocktails “to go”! This is a huge step for Oregon and a great new way to support our local watering holes during the continued restriction on indoor dining. Head to these Tualatin Valley favorites for tasty cocktails.

Cocktail with lime

The 649 Taphouse

Boasting top-quality spirits and ingredients, The 649 Taphouse in Aloha has been innovating its beverage offerings for the takeout format for months. Now that cocktails to-go are allowed, you can get their tasty Old Fashioned, Margarita, Moscow Mule or Drug Mule (made with a CBD soda) to-go. Cocktails come in glass bottles in single or double servings. Order with: Cubano, BLTA, bacon Sriracha mac & cheese or a cheeseboard.

Senet Game Bar

The board gaming bar located upstairs from Versus Board Games will provide the perfect winter night in. Grab a game from the shop and a cocktail to-go for game night at home. The bar offers five cocktails to-go: a blackberry sour, a warming “Chai Baby” Old Fashioned (with whiskey, chai syrup and chocolate bitters), Collins Cooler (Cucumber syrup, Gin, lemon and soda), “She Spicy” (tequila, triple sec, lime, mango, habanero syrup and Tajin rum) and “How ‘Bout Them Apples” (bourbon, spiced apple cider, maple syrup and spiced rum). Order with: Soups, sandwiches or deconstructed nachos you bake at home. Return your mason jar for a dollar off your next cocktail.

Top Burmese Bistro Royale

Enjoy Bistro Royale’s impressive drink menu with your takeout dinner. This is one of Beaverton’s newest restaurants and a great spot for a drink. Try their beautiful Burma Sky (butterfly pea tea, vodka and house-made lemonade), Ngapali Day Off (coconut milk, rum, pineapple juice and lime, served in a coconut) or the Ruby Queen (Martini made with watermelon vodka, hibiscus and vermouth), which benefits the new Patricia Reser Center for the Arts in Beaverton. Bistro Royale also serves up several mocktails to-go. Order with: Tea leaf salad, curries or samosas.

The Venetian

The newly opened Venetian in downtown Hillsboro is diving straight into the takeout world. Cocktails to-go include the Venetian Coffee, Hot Buttered Rum, Huckleberry Lemondrop and Bees Knees. Order with: Elk burgers, duck confit, bombas bravas, a cheese board, truffle fries and more.

Italian favorite Mingo has a wide selection of cocktails, from the “MiNGO Drop” (house-infused lemon vodka with limoncello with Grand Marnier) and “The Last Word” (Gin, green chartreuse, Luxardo maraschino liqueur and lime) to a barrel-aged Manhattan, grapefruit margarita and espresso martini. Order with: lamb lasagna, salsiccia pizza or cotolette di Pollo.

Note: Cocktails to-go must be purchased with food. Enjoy your drinks with dinner!
