Reopening Retail in Washington County

Reopening Retail in Washington County

Since May 15, retail businesses that were previously asked to close due to COVID-19 were allowed to reopen. In Phase 1 of Oregon’s reopening plan, shopping malls are also now allowed to reopen.

Tualatin Valley is home to several premiere shopping centers, which have been eagerly awaiting June 1 to reopen their doors.

Washington Square | Monday-Saturday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday, 12-6 p.m.
This indoor mall will have new signage around the mall to promote social distancing and asks customers to be mindful of keeping 6 feet of space between themselves and others. Masks are recommended for everyone and some retailers may require them. While the mall is open, not all shops will be right away. Stores also have to adhere to new guidelines, which may mean waiting to enter until someone else exits. The food court and dining area is open, with designated tables for social distancing. Curbside pickup from shops and restaurants is also still available Find out more >>>

Bridgeport Village | Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
This premier outdoor shopping center has prepared for reopening and has a “turning the dial” approach. That means not all stores will be open right away and as of June 1, dozens of stores remain closed. The playground and gazebo seating area are closed. Frequently touched surfaces including restrooms will be sanitized regularly. Curbside pickup is available from participating retailers and restaurants >>>

The Streets of Tanasbourne | Monday-Saturday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday, 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
The Streets of Tanasbourne also has reopened with reduced hours. Not all stores are open at this outdoor shopping center. Please visit their website for a list of open restaurants and shops.

Cedar Hills Crossing | Monday-Saturday 10 a.m.-8 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
The interior shops and dining at Cedar Hills Crossing are open as well as many of the exterior stores. Visitors are reminded to stay 6 feet away from people and stay home if you’re sick. Powell’s Books has reopened as well. List of business with opening details here >>>
