ENTERTAINMENT CENTERS
One of Tualatin Valley’s newest attractions is K1 Speed Indoor Kart Racing. K1 offers all-electric go-karts, perfect for the environmentally conscious Pacific Northwest. This state-of-the-art attraction features museum-quality motorsport memorabilia, the latest all-electric Storm and Junior go-karts imported directly from Italy, an 11-turn road-course inspired track, arcade, and lounge offering delicious food and refreshing beverages for all ages.
KingPins Family Entertainment Center provides a fun, welcoming and friendly atmosphere where you can “Eat, Roll, Play” all day. This spot features state-of-the-art bowling lanes, laser tag, virtual reality experience and arcade games. The on-site TapHouse Bar & Grill features a diverse menu and a robust tap list featuring Oregon beer and cider.
Langer’s Entertainment Center is Tualatin Valley’s newest attraction. Langer’s Entertainment Center offers fun for the whole family, with a high ropes course, laser tag arena, rock climbing wall, arcade games and bowling lanes. Langer’s features a large menu of food items as well as treats and drinks at the Thunder Mountain Cabin Café and the Tack Room Bar.
With 42 bowling lanes and more than 150 arcade games, Big Al’s is the ultimate stop for fun and entertainment. Lace-up your bowling shoes and enjoy a game of bowling with lane-side service in the upscale lanes or upgrade to plush lounge seating in the VIP lanes. Afterward, challenge the family to a few rounds of air hockey or battle it out on the arcade games.
SuperPlay is a family entertainment center with bowling, laser tag, arcade, and virtual reality in Beaverton. The center features 24 bowling lanes, laser tag arena with state-of-the-art equipment and video and redemption-game arcade with more than 40 games.
INDOOR ACTION
Whether skydiving from a plane is your passion or not, iFly Portland offers a free-falling experience in its vertical wind tunnel that generates a “cushion of air,” allowing adventurers to safely float, while enjoying an adrenaline rush. No experience is needed, and all abilities are welcome.
Sky Zone is a trampoline park with many attractions and opportunities to have an “extreme” experience in a safe place to be fearless. This indoor park has many one-of-a-kind attractions designed to push limits while having a fun time.
Tualatin Valley boasts two go-kart racing attractions. The high-performance karts at Skyart Indoor Racing Center race up to 40 mph (25 k/mh) on a ¼-mile (400 meters). In Hillsboro, K1 Speed offers racing fun for kids and adults with its all-electric fleet of karts imported from Italy. The facility also has motorsport memorabilia, an arcade and billiards.
Rock Climbing OUT OF THE ELEMENTS
Tualatin Valley is home to three indoor rock climbing and bouldering facilities, including one that is the world’s largest. Indoor rock climbing may use harnesses and ropes, while indoor bouldering doesn’t use ropes or harnesses.
Portland Rock Gym: Beaverton, billed as one of the largest bouldering gyms in the country, is a world-class facility for novices and experienced climbers. In Spring 2024, an expansion will include a covered outdoor bouldering area, 55-foot tall rope climbing, IFSC certified speed wall, auto-belays, top ropes, lead lines, and more bouldering space.
The Circuit Bouldering Gym has a full range of terrain, including “top-out” boulders and more than 225 routes for climbers of all abilities. The gym also features a dedicated kids area.
Stoneworks Gym has been a part of the Tualatin Valley community for decades. With 34-foot climbing and lead walls, high-ball bouldering to 20 feet, a top out bouldering area, and features auto-belays.
