DAY 1

Perched high in the West Hills, this architectural masterpiece offers sweeping views of the valley. Enjoy chef-driven, contemporary Pacific Northwest fare paired with their estate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
After dinner, check-in at Sosta House (map it), a wine country bed-and-breakfast situated on the original Ponzi Vineyards estate and offers a refined, tranquil sanctuary surrounded by vineyards.
DAY 2
Enjoy a slow morning at Sosta House with a freshly prepared, locally sourced breakfast prepared by Chef Mia Ponzi-Hamacher.
Next, head to The Reserve Vineyard and Golf Club (map it), one of Oregon’s premier golf destinations. Play 18 holes across world-class greens that frequently host professional tour events.
Relax post-round at The Vintage Room (map it) on-site at The Reserve, enjoying upscale clubhouse cuisine and a glass of regional wine on the patio overlooking the 18th green.
After lunch, head to Blizzard Wines (map it) for a private flight featuring their premier imported French champagnes and estate-grown Pinot Noir.
Then, visit Cooper Mountain Vineyards (map it), pioneers in biodynamic and organic winemaking. Experience a curated flight featuring single-vineyard Pinot Noirs paired with light local bites.
In the evening, head into downtown Beaverton for dinner at Canard (map it), offering French inspired New American style dishes.
After dinner, settle into Syndicate Wine Bar (map it) for a glass of wine from their extensive wine list or buy a bottle or two from their wine library of global and local labels.
Return to Sosta House for more rest and relaxation.
DAY 3
In the morning, take full advantage of the property’s luxury amenities. Start with a leisurely breakfast, followed by a hydrotherapy session in the outdoor sauna and cold plunge to recharge.
Before leaving Tualatin Valley, make a stop at Meriwether National Golf Club (map it) for a quick, scenic 9 holes on their tree-lined layout
