Cake Hoopla’s mission is to make fancy cake decorating accessible, so kids and adults alike can experience the joy of creating beautiful, delicious cakes, without all the mess and cleanup. Cake Hoopla opened its first studio in Tigard in 2023. Visit Cake Hoopla during open studio time and decorate cakes or cupcakes at your own pace. All the decorating tools and easy-to-follow instructions are available. Drinks available for purchase. Decorating workshops are also available. Reservations are highly recommended.
