City of Hillsboro Parks & Recreation offers more than 1,500 acres of parks and open space as well as the Gordon Faber Recreation Complex featuring a 7,000-seat stadium with an all-weather artificial turf sports field and seven softball fields. Shute Park Aquatic & Recreation Center offers 43,000 square feet of recreation space including indoor and outdoor pools, a group exercise room, cardio and weight rooms, personal training and child care.
