Collective Market is an ongoing expansion of Collective Kitchen. Located in Historic downtown Hillsboro, the unique collective offers a variety of creative classes, from how to make macarons to biscuits and gravy. Founded by Mindy Simmons, 2015 “Chopped” Champion,” the successful bakery located on the same property offers delicious baked goods made with fresh and quality ingredients.
In July of 2021, this space also will house a local grocery store, restaurant, and cooking and baking classroom.
