McMenamins Cornelius Pass Roadhouse & Imbrie Hall is located on a 6-acre former pioneer farmstead settled in the 1850s. The site’s original structures have been preserved so that guests can enjoy the rustic atmosphere while partaking in one of the options on the lunch or dinner menu and sampling McMenamins’ ales, wines and spirits. Pets are allowed at designated outdoor pet areas only.
Cornelius Pass Roadhouse brews up McMenamins’ ales on this site. Every July, Cornelius Pass is home to the annual Roadhouse Brewfest where you can engage in lively discussions with brewers and other beer aficionados.
Also at this site is the Cornelius Pass Roadhouse Distillery, located in a former granary barn. The crowning glory of the distillery is a century-old, 160-gallon Alambic Charentais pot still, which once sat in an old barn in Cognac, France, and came here in 2011. The first spirit released from this distillery was White Owl Whiskey, and the creativity and craft continues today with new releases.
