Ezell’s Famous Chicken opened its first location in Oregon in 2020. The family-owned business started in Seattle in 1984 and has grown into a Pacific Northwest icon. Founders Lewis Rudd and Faye Stephens wanted to serve chicken the way it was made in their hometown in Texas.
