The River House is a 3,000-sq.-ft. facility overlooking the 61-acre Rood Bridge Park. The building is suitable for an indoor event with up to 75 guests, and during summer months the facility can accommodate up to 100 guests using the covered patio. The River House features a great room with vaulted ceiling, wood floors and fireplace, a catering kitchen, a meeting room and classroom, restrooms, and an outdoor patio in summer months. Nearby amenities include the Lloyd Baron Rhododendron Garden, walking trails, pavilion, tennis courts, playground and outdoor shelters. Meeting room use is not permitted where the sole purpose of the event is for direct commercial sales for the profit of a business or individual.
