Come out for some fun on the ice at the Winterhawks Skating Center under the iconic wood-beam ceiling of this historic ice facility. In operation since 1965, the arena is the official practice and development facility for the Portland Winterhawks of the Western Hockey League.
WSC is also home for the Winterhawks Varsity Hockey League, Portland Jr. Winterhawks, Skating Club of Oregon, Portland State University Ice Hockey, as well as recreational leagues, clubs, and clinics for children to adults. In addition, Winterhawks Skating Center hosts learn to skate lessons, figure skating, and competitions and tests for beginners to advanced level competitors.
