Instructor Julie Crispin attended culinary school in the Pacific Northwest. She started her career working for local icon Vitaly Paley of PALEY’S Place, and with Hands on Café Catering. Julie started her own catering company, Wild Women Catering, before leaving the food industry to become a licensed massage therapist for nearly 20 years. Her passion for food has never wavered, and baking bread is one of her meditations.
