Join Blizzard Wines for a pilates flow – a full body, low impact workout, followed by a relaxing wine tasting led by Blizzard Wines very own, Kristin Pennington, Yoga Instructor and WSET 2 Wine Educator.
The 50 min mat-based class is inspired by ballet and yoga, one can improve flexibility, balance, and core stabilization and finishes with a relaxing tasting of Blizzard Wines, leaving you feeling refreshed in body and mind.
All fitness levels are welcome, must be 21 yrs or older. Tickets include wine tasting and yoga class (bring a yoga mat). Additional glass and bottle service available, as well as meat and cheese boards to pair with tasting flight.
