This will be the 21st year for the North Plains Jingle Parade. North Plains individuals, families, friends, and organizations are encouraged to decorate anything that moves and participate in the parade.
Some folks decorate trucks and trailers, others bring the family car, and many residents rent golf carts from J & S Golf Carts on Main Street. Motorcycles and bicycles can join as well.
Line up info: 6-6:30 p.m. entries line up at the parking area between Peak Chiropractic and Umpqua Bank. The parade will end in front of the Senior Center. The procession lasts about 30 minutes.
The Jingle Parade timeline includes:
- 6 – 6:30 p.m. Parade Line-Up (parking area between Peak Chiropractic and Columbia Bank)
- 6:30 p.m. Parade Begins
- 7 – 7:15 p.m. Parade Ends; Tree Lighting, Carolers & Refreshments (Commercial Street in front of the North Plains Senior Center – street will be blocked off)
