During the month of September, Washington County hotel occupancy decreased from the same month last year, according to STR, which provides market data on the hotel industry around the globe.
Room occupancy during the month fell 6.2% to 70.7%, compared to September 2022. Average daily room rates (ADR) have declined to $128.98, a 2.7% decrease over the same month the previous year. Revenue per available room (RevPAR) also decreased to $91.89, down from $100.71 last year.
For the year (to date), occupancy is lower than the same period in 2022, 69.0% vs 70.6% in 2022. However, ADR and RevPAR is higher this year, versus last year.
