For November, Washington County hotel occupancy is down slightly from 2022 levels to 65.5%, a 1% decrease, according to STR, which provides market data on the hotel industry around the globe. However, Washington County leads in the highest occupancy rate of the Oregon counties. Lane County comes in at 58% which is 7.5% lower than Washington County.
Average daily room rates (ADR) have dropped to $122.33, a 1.25% decrease over the previous year. Revenue per available room (RevPAR) was $80.17, a 2.78% decrease.
