For December, Washington County hotel occupancy is down from 2022 levels to 56%, a 10.7% decrease, according to STR, which provides market data on the hotel industry around the globe. However, Washington County leads in the highest occupancy rate of the Oregon counties. Clackamas and Marion County comes in at 50% which is 6% lower than Washington County.
Average daily room rates (ADR) have dropped to $117.20, a 3.36% decrease over the previous year. Revenue per available room (RevPAR) was $65.59, a 14.02% decrease.
