Washington County’s hotel performance in February increased over 2023. Occupancy topped 69.7%, the highest occupancy percentage in the competitive set, which was a 5.4% increase over the same month last year. While the average daily rate (ADR) decreased by 2.4% from $130.89 to $127.76, revenues per available room (RevPAR) increased 2.9% to $89.10 over the same month last year.
