Washington County hotels are continuing to perform higher than a year earlier, according to the monthly report from STR Global. In March, hotels in Washington County saw occupancy at 69.9%, the highest in the competitive set, which includes Multnomah, Clackamas, Lane, Marion and Clark (WA) counties. This number is a 4.4% increase over occupancy numbers in 2023. While the average daily rate (ADR) decreased 1.6% to $131.18, revenue per available room (RevPAR) increased 3.5% to $86.97.
