HOTEL PERFORMANCE: APRIL 2024

Hotels in Washington County continue to outperform last year’s performance. For the month of April, Washington County’s hotels saw a 5.2% increase in occupancy over 2023, at 68.5% (vs. 65.1%). Average daily rates (ADR) also increased over the same period from $129.53 to $133.62. Revenue per available room (RevPAR) also increased from $84.31 to $91.48. Compared to other Oregon destinations in our competitive set, Washington County had the highest occupancy and RevPAR.
