In May, Washington County’s hotels exceeded 2023 occupancy and rate levels. Occupancy reached 68.5%, a 3.9% increase over 2023, outperforming other Oregon counties in the competitive set (Clackamas, Lane, Marion, and Multnomah). The average daily rate (ADR) rose to $134.55, a 2.6% increase from 2023. The highest percentage increase was in revenue per available room (RevPAR), which grew 6.6% from $86.45 to $92.20.
