June 2024 vs. June 2023
June was a stellar month for Washington County’s hotels, as performance metrics were up all across the board. In June, hotels were at 80.6% occupancy, an 8.5% increase over the same month in 2023. As the average daily room rate (ADR) increased to $144.40 (compared to $141.63 in 2023), revenue per available room (RevPAR) increased significantly by 10.7% to $116.45 (compared to $105.21 in 2023).
January-June 2024 vs. 2023
June marks the six-month mark, and for the first six months of the year, Washington County’s hotels have surpassed expectations as occupancy rises to 70.3% (compared to 66.6% at the same time last year). ADR is holding steady for the year-to-date at $132.97 (compared to $132.12 in 2023), while RevPAR increased 6.3% from $88.00 to $93.53.
