ETV Leadership Attends ESTO Conference in Phoenix
CEO & President Dave Parulo and CMO Claire Fisher recently returned from ESTO’s Annual Conference in Phoenix, energized by the strong Oregon presence on the national stage.
With more than 1,000 destination marketing professionals gathered, ESTO offered a powerful platform to share ideas and learn from peers across the country. For Oregon’s delegation, it was also a chance to showcase the collaboration, creativity, and leadership that define our state’s tourism industry.
Throughout the conference, Dave and Claire joined conversations on digital marketing trends, AI and emerging technology, youth and amateur sports marketing, collaborations, and meeting planner insights. These sessions sparked fresh perspectives on how destinations can adapt to an evolving travel landscape, while continuing to tell authentic stories that inspire visitors. See the full list of sessions here.
Representing Explore Tualatin Valley among our Oregon colleagues reinforced the importance of working together to strengthen our state’s tourism economy. The team returned home with actionable ideas and renewed motivation to support our partners and highlight all that makes Tualatin Valley a welcoming, innovative, and inspiring destination.
A Night to Remember at Hillsboro Ballpark
We love celebrating our partners, and ETV’s Night at the Hops on August 14 was a perfect summer evening to do just that! With more than 100 RSVPs, we were thrilled to see so many of our partners and community members come together for this special event.
The night kicked off with ETV President & CEO Dave Parulo throwing the first pitch, and the first 500 attendees went home with exclusive ETV Hops stadium bags. Partners and the ETV team enjoyed the game, connected with peers and ended the evening under the lights with a spectacular drone show.
Thank you to everyone who attended and made the night such a success. If you weren’t able to join us, we hope to see you at our Cozy Season Holiday Open House on December 11.
