Explore Tualatin Valley recently released its annual report for fiscal year 2024-2025. The report provides detailed insights about the organization, our strategic approach and the work we’ve done toward our goals in leisure marketing, group sales, destination development and partner, stakeholder and community engagement.
Fall 2025 American Travel Sentiment Study
Longwoods International, a leading travel research firm, recently released its fall traveler sentiment study of 1,000 adults. The findings show that many travelers are increasingly concerned about inflation and rising airfare, with 64% believing travel has become too expensive. Still, 54% say they are willing to cut other expenses to prioritize travel, and 58% plan to travel as much as they did last year.
Washington County Hotel Performance
September 2025
In September, Washington County’s hotels saw a double-digit decrease in overnight visitation with occupancy falling to 63.3%, a 10.5% decrease over September 2024. The average daily rate decreased 7.5% to $128.02 and revenue per available room dropped 17.2% to $80.99.
