Explore Tualatin Valley (ETV) is pleased to offer a one-time reimbursable grant program for eligible tourism businesses participating in Oregon’s Travel Information Council (TIC).
ETV Tourism Sign Grant Program
This is a competitive reimbursement award of support up to $2,500 depending on signage type. Applicants must receive approval with the Oregon TIC before applying for this grant program.
Deadlines and Cycle:
Grant Cycle: July 1, 2025* – June 12, 2026. All approved reimbursements will be distributed by July 2026. Applications after June 12, 2026 will not be accepted.
*If you already applied and received approval from OTIC between July 1 – December 31, 2025 you may be eligible for reimbursement
Eligible organizations include:
- non-profit 501(c) organizations
- confederated tribes
- for-profit businesses.
Ineligible Organizations:
- Government
- Municipal entities

Yes. Applicants must first apply to the Oregon Travel Information Council (TIC) and receive sign approval before submitting an application for this ETV grant.
If you already applied and received approval from OTIC after July 1, 2025 you may be eligible for reimbursement. Please fill out the application form.
Eligible applicants include non-profit 501(c) organizations, confederated tribes, and for-profit tourism businesses located in Washington County, Oregon. Businesses must be open to the public, in good standing and must meet TIC Sign Program requirements for their sign category.
No. Government and municipal entities are not eligible for this grant.
The grant reimburses eligible expenses such as TIC logo fabrication costs and up to one year of annual fees per sign.
Ineligible expenses include operational, administrative or staffing costs, non-TIC signage or marketing materials, and late fees or penalties.
The maximum award is up to $2,500 per applicant, depending on the type of signage requested.
No. This is a reimbursement grant. You must pay TIC for approved signage first and then submit proof of payment to receive reimbursement.
You must apply with OTIC first as they must verify a specific location has the adequate requirements and they also must receive approval from ODOT before moving forward with any business approval.
Applications must be submitted by June 12, 2026. Late applications will not be accepted.
All awards will be distributed in July 2026.
Applications must first be completed through the TIC website (online or PDF) for your specific business type (Tourism-Oriented, Museum/Historic Site, Off-Interstate, or Interstate).
The TIC application typically takes 15–20 minutes to complete.
