MINI ROAD TRIP!

Take a Mini Road Trip and Explore the Beauty of Tualatin Valley

These mini road trips are the perfect way to showcase Tualatin Valley’s sunny days.

Vineyard & Valley Scenic Tour Route

Here in Tualatin Valley, nature, agriculture, history and wine are undeniably intertwined, and the designated Vineyard and Valley Scenic Tour Route showcases this special commingling of attractions along its 60-mile drive through the serene Oregon countryside. Best to be enjoyed during a full day of discoveries, the Vineyard and Valley Scenic Tour Route offers a day of lush rural adventures.

Quilt Barn Trail of Tualatin Valley

The nostalgia and heritage of quilts can be seen throughout Tualatin Valley with our very own Quilt Barn Trail. The non-designated trail (view map) is composed of large wood blocks that have been hand-painted in traditional quilt patterns that hold some significance to the area or farm where it is located. The Quilt Barn Trail highlights Tualatin Valley’s agricultural and historical heritage, as well as to create public art and showcase the art of quilting.

Tualatin Valley Scenic Bikeway

If your preferred mode of transportation is a bicycle, then the Tualatin Valley Scenic Bikeway is the way to go! This 50-mile route, designed for intermediate and advanced riders, take you through the valley’s verdant farmlands and by farm stores and quilt barns. It starts at Rood Bridge Park and Rhododendron Garden and leads to the Banks-Vernonia State Trail, a gorgeous 21-mile linear rail-to-trail path.
