LEAD Send me (wendy@wcva.org) a direct lead for an event that occurs between 10/1/24-6/1/25 and receive a $100 gift certificate.

BOOKING If the direct lead books, the group receives a $5 master bill credit up to $3,000 for each actualized room night.

If the lead is sent from a contracted third-party planner, and the booking is credited to the same, the planner will receive an extra 2% commission on actualized room revenue, up to $3,000.

REQUIREMENTS - minimum of 45 actualized room nights

  • Lead must originate with Explore Tualatin Valley, and not be sent to any property directly
  • Not valid for repeat business
  • Valid only for new business, not already contracted, that occurs between 10/1/24- 6/1/25.
